Teutonic Storm Troops

The Teutonic Storm Troops are sort of a mix of Germanic WW1 soldiers and some of the armies from 40k (such as death korps of krieg, or steel legion). I imagine them being very dour and humourless.

Teutonic Storm Troops
•13 Infantry Companies (primarily Riflemen, some Sapper and Grenadier squads intermixed)
•2 Cavalry Companies (mostly Hussars, rifle-armed cavalry)
•3 Mechanised Companies (mostly Riflemen)
•6 Armoured Companies (more than half are Panzer tank squadrons, the rest mostly mobile artillery)

The soldiers of Teuton are a well-disciplined regiment of shock troops. They are well versed in the defence of their home world, and fighting off the forces of Barbaria. They have access to great amounts of battlefield materiel in the form of tanks and equipment. This allows the Teutons to equip mechanised companies as well as numerous full armoured companies.
The Teutonic Storm Troops hail from the stronghold world of Teuton, which lies dangerously near the Ethers-Eye space storm. Because of this, Teuton is regularly attacked by the forces of Barbaria and also the Prork. Teuton itself is a mountainous world with large winding valleys. To the people of Teuton, the valleys form their farmlands, and when attacked, form a winding maze of strong-points and kill-zones.

I think they would also be known throughout space as having some of the most awesome beards.
