Go Go Dwarven Rangers

Go Go Dwarven Rangers!

I have no idea how Allison and I came upon this idea, but at some point we started talking about the power rangers, and a parody of it - the Mighty Drunken Dwarven Rangers.

These heroes would fight evil at every turn, facing off against forces bent on the destruction of their home - the stronghold of Stone Grove. Like power rangers, each dwarven ranger has a totem animal and a different form of fighting, although I've only figured out the basics.

The Dwarven Rangers:

Iron Bear: the strongdwarf of the group, Iron Bear is a miner by trade, and a jolly dwarf always ready for a "bear"-knuckle brawl. He fights with metal claws.

Copper Raven: the resident smart one of the group, Copper Raven uses a spear (or occasionally a crossbow), to fight her foes. She uses her engineering skills in her day job as well as a Dwarven Ranger.

Gold Ram: the Leader of the Dwarven Rangers, Gold Ram is head of the stronghold Guard and also an accomplished smithy (evident by the hammer he uses in combat). He is descended from the first king of Stone Grove.

Bronze Elk: oddly enough, Bronze Elk is actually a Ranger, making long patrols around the Dwarven territory. He is at home in the wilderness, and shies away from life in the stronghold. He wields a battle-axe.

Silver Goat: the feisty one of the group, She has personally bested hundreds of dwarves in one-on-one drinking contests. She is loud and sometimes too arrogant about her abilities, but with drink and determination, she becomes a whirling dervish in combat. Her weapon is a steel beer stein.

The Villains:

Maglamoose: a fallen Dwarven Ranger, Maglamoose seeks to destroy Stone Grove. He lived in one of the outlying villages, which was ravaged by the Ogre Hordes. When the King of Stone Grove refused to send his army to fight the Ogres over the loss of one small outpost, Maglamoose swore revenge on both the Ogres and on Stone Grove. He now serves Greeda Goblina to accomplish his goals.

Greeda Goblina: the evil goblin queen of sorcery, Greeda has pledged her small tribe to the defeat of Stone Grove. Their feud has persisted for many years, and since taking control of the tribe, Greeda now has the means to bring this feud an end. She uses monsters, evil allies, magic, goblin soldiers, and her crafted army of Clay Creeps to defeat the dwarven forces.

The Clay Creeps: these are the foot soldiers of the war against the Dwarves. They were crafted to save the dwindling goblin tribes from having to fight the dwarves (and their superior tactics and strength). The Clay Creeps are made of clay, and infused with magic into full-sized goblin warriors. Unfortunately they still have the combat abilities of normal goblins - which pales in comparison to that of the Dwarven Rangers.
